TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using any NexusCheatRadar product — including this website, the Server Portal, RCON Pro, or the NexusCheatRadar plugin — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. PRODUCTS COVERED

These terms apply to all NexusCheatRadar products operated by Nexus84:

NexusCheatRadar Public Site (nexuscheatradar.com) — Free public player lookup and anti-cheat data network.
Server Portal (nexuscheatradar.com/server.html) — Free dashboard for server owners to manage servers, players, violations, and bans.
RCON Pro (nexuscheatradar.com/rcon/) — Paid subscription tool for remote server administration.
NexusCheatRadar Plugin (NexusCheatRadar.cs) — The Oxide/uMod plugin sold separately on Codefling. Covered under the Plugin License in Section 5.

NexusCheatRadar is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios, Valve Corporation, or any other game developer or publisher.

2. ACCOUNTS

RCON Pro accounts may be created using an email address and password, or by signing in through Steam. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.

The Server Portal uses Steam OpenID for authentication — no passwords. Your Steam ID is used solely to identify your linked servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. RCON PRO — BILLING AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

How billing works

RCON Pro is billed monthly. Your first charge is taken at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal depending on the method selected at signup.

Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month. You will not receive a separate renewal notice before each charge — the renewal date is shown in your Account tab. Make sure your payment method is up to date to avoid access interruption.

How to cancel

Cancellation steps — Stripe (card payments)

Open the Account tab in the left sidebar

Click Manage Billing — this opens the Stripe billing portal

In the Stripe portal, select your subscription and click Cancel plan

Confirm cancellation. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.

Cancellation steps — PayPal

Go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments

Find NexusCheatRadar or RCON Pro and click Cancel

Confirm cancellation. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not issue a refund for the current billing period. You will retain full access until the period ends, and you will not be charged for any subsequent month. See Section 4 for the full refund policy.

What happens after cancellation

Access to RCON Pro continues until the end of your current paid period.
Once the period ends, your account is downgraded. Your data (server configs, history) is retained for 30 days before deletion.
You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.
If you cancel by mistake, you can reverse it before the period ends — open the Account tab and click Resume Subscription.

4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of this service and the immediate availability of access upon subscription, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: cancellation after billing, partial use of a billing period, or dissatisfaction with the service.

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us via Discord and we will investigate. Legitimate billing errors will be corrected promptly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

5. PLUGIN LICENSE (NEXUSCHEATRADAR.CS)

The NexusCheatRadar plugin (NexusCheatRadar.cs) is sold as a one-time purchase on Codefling. Purchasing the plugin grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under the following terms.

You may:

Install and run the plugin on any Rust dedicated server you own or directly administer.
Make personal modifications to the plugin for your own use on your own servers.
Use the plugin's features as documented, including connecting to the NexusCheatRadar network.

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the plugin source code or compiled output with any third party.
Publish modified versions of the plugin publicly or make them available for download.
Use the plugin to offer a competing service or commercial product.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or attribution notices within the source code.
Transfer your license to another individual or organization — the license is personal to the purchaser.

Plugin purchases are subject to Codefling's own terms and refund policies in addition to those above. NexusCheatRadar handles plugin support directly — open a ticket in the Discord for any issues.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

Submit false, fabricated, or malicious violation reports against players
Attempt to manipulate risk scores or ban records through any means
Use the service to harass, target, or defame specific individuals
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data from the platform without written permission
Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the service
Interfere with the normal operation of the network or its infrastructure

7. SERVER DATA AND SHARED VIOLATIONS

By sharing violation data to the public network (via the Discord alert button in plugin alerts), server administrators agree that the shared data may be visible to other platform users and used to assess player risk across the network. Shared violations are attributed to the submitting server.

Administrators are responsible for ensuring their use of the plugin and violation reporting complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. NexusCheatRadar is a tool — banning decisions remain the sole responsibility of the server administrator.

8. PUBLIC PLAYER DATA

The public lookup tool displays data contributed by server operators. NexusCheatRadar does not independently verify the accuracy of all submissions. Detection is probabilistic — false positives are possible.

If you believe data displayed about your Steam account is inaccurate or was submitted in bad faith, contact us through Discord for a review. We do not guarantee removal of accurate records.

9. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We make no guarantee of uptime or continuous availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes in advance where possible.

Subscription pricing may change. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 14 days before any price change takes effect, and will have the opportunity to cancel before being charged at the new rate.

10. DISCLAIMER

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made by server administrators based on data from this platform, including bans issued against players. Anti-cheat detection is probabilistic — false positives are possible and administrators are solely responsible for exercising their own judgment before taking action.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled informally in the first instance by contacting us directly via Discord.
